If you’ve already booked, Lee Bradshaw will be at the club on Sunday morning and again at a time TBC next week for you to collect your tickets!

Dear All,

The Community cannot wait to welcome you to our greatest festive event, Big Game 13. We do hope you all have a wonderful day, but most importantly we wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope you have a lovely day with family and loved ones.

Below is very important information which we would like you to read through prior to the event. The information is around gaining entry to the stadium and the updated COVID health and safety procedures in place on the day. Please could club group leads pass this around families attending on the big day.

In addition to this please continue to follow all guidance set from the Government around COVID-19 pre the event.

General Admission tickets – Attending Matches Only

If you are just attending the Women’s and Men’s fixture, then please follow this information:

Upon arrival to the stadium, you will be asked by stewards at check in to see your COVID – 19 passport, proof of vaccination or negative lateral flow test. Without this you will not be gained access to the ground, please ensure you have this ready and available when you reach a steward to minimise waiting time.

Use the following link to find out more information how to access your Covid pass which is required for those aged 18 and over: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/nhs-covid-pass

If you wish to leave the stadium at any point of the day and return, you must scan your ticket on the way out, if you don’t then this will cause you some issues in trying to get back into the ground and you may have to have a new ticket printed at the ticket office.

Thank you for your understanding in these procedures, they are in place to keep you all safe to be able to enjoy the day.

Pre-Match Activation Admissions – Attending Morning and Matches

If you are attending the day and coming for the mornings pre match activation then this information is for you, please do read it through and make yourself aware.

Your club contacts have received a booklet that outlines the morning activities and timings. On arrival to the stadium, please head to the Live room where you will be greeted by Harlequins staff.

To gain access to the stadium you will be asked by stewards at check in to see your COVID – 19 passport, proof of vaccination or negative lateral flow test. Without this you will not be gained access to the ground, please ensure you have this ready and available when you reach a steward to minimise waiting time.

At entry you will all be issues a wrist band, you will need to wear this for the duration of the day and it is crucial you do not remove it after the morning games end. When you have entered the main bowl the Harlequins team will direct you to the areas in which you are required to sit.

Unfortunately, the RFU have stated that all spectators / parents must remain in their designated seating area for the duration of the morning, you will not be allowed to walk around the pitch anymore.

When the event has finished you will exit through the Live Room out of the ground. To allow you access back into the stadium without having to provide your Covid pass again, the Live Room will be your point on entry for the day. You will have to present your ticket and show your wristband to the stewards to re-enter the stadium, but you can come and go throughout the day. If you lose your wristband, you may have issues scanning your ticket to get back in and you will need to go to the ticket office to have a new ticket printed.

Thank you all for your understanding in these procedures and we hope you have a wonderful day.

Harlequins Staff and Stewards on the day will be able to assist if you have any further questions, enjoy the holidays and we looking forward to seeing you all at Big Game 13.

Best Wishes
