Welcome to Junior Rugby at Effingham & Leatherhead RFC

A warm welcome to junior rugby at Effingham & Leatherhead and I hope that you are all looking forward to the 2023-24 season ahead.

Effingham & Leatherhead welcomes all new players of any ability, including beginners. Please look at the individual age group pages on our website for the contact details of the age group Managers and Coaches as well as other useful contacts and up to date information regarding fixtures and allocated training evening. Effingham & Leatherhead is a community rugby club that is run by its members for the members. We pride ourselves with promoting the RFU’s Core Values of Teamwork, Discipline, Sportsmanship, Respect and Enjoyment. We have plenty of opportunities for parents to get involved and need more support to join the existing brilliant set of volunteers and ensure that we continue to provide the best opportunities for our junior players.

If coaching isn’t for you what about helping with the admin, refereeing, first aid, membership or what about getting your company to sponsor the club? the list is endless! So, if you can help and want to help then please contact me direct or talk to your age group manager. Finally, may I wish you all a very enjoyable and successful season and I look forward to catching up with you on the touchline or in the clubhouse.
