It is with great sadness that Valerie, Dominic, Carolyn and Simon Cornwell announce the death of Keith, their beloved husband and father. Keith passed away on Saturday 31st May at Epsom hospital, after a short illness.
There will soon be a private family funeral, then a memorial service in late August for wider friends and colleagues later in the summer.
