DESCRIPTION:Dear Members\, \nEffingham & Leatherhead Rugby Football Club Limited\n(Company number: 14876726 “the Club”) Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Club will be held at Effingham & Leatherhead RFC\, King George V Hall\, Browns Lane\, Effingham\, Leatherhead\, KT24 5ND (“the Location”). \nThe AGM will be held at the Location on 1 November 2025 at 11.30am prior to the England v Australia Autumn Nations fixture due to be shown in the clubhouse.\nAll Club members are entitled to attend\, speak and vote at the AGM which will conduct the following items of business: \n1. Receive from the Chairman a report on the activities of the Club;\n2. Receive from the Treasurer a report on the financial position of the Club;\n3. The reappointment of current President David Armstrong. If anyone wishes to stand against the incumbent President\, they must be a member of at least 10 years standing and be nominated and seconded by other members.\n4.
